Based in Port Charlotte and founded by Chris Walling, the company is a locally owned, employee-staffed operation — no subcontractors — with more than 30 years of Florida roofing experience. Services span residential and commercial roofing, flat roofing, metal roofing, shingle roofing, tile roofing, energy-efficient roofing, storm damage repairs, soffit and fascia repair and replacement, and condo and community roofing. The team is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended-hours appointments available. CW's Quality Roofing holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1326175, carries workmanship warranties, and works with insurance companies on storm damage claims.

Mark and Joseph did a great job replacing and fixing tiles on my roof that were damaged during Hurricane Milton. Here are a couple before and after pictures on one of the areas that they fixed.
