Royalty Roofing removed an architectural shingle and installed a new metal roof and gutters for our house. We have a difficult roof elevation (11/12), dormers and a lot of tricky angles on our roof. Jim, Tyler and team worked tirelessly with their crew to make sure we were 100% happy with the installation. We are getting compliments on our roof from all of our neighbors. Thanks to the team for all the hard work. Also, thank you Royalty management for supporting your team!

Royalty was very professional and they communicated extremely well with me throughout. That is a rare attribute so often with vendors, but one which I value highly. They addressed a couple of minor issues promptly. Their people were great too. Kept things clean and debris picked up during the tear down and installation process. I recommend them highly and would use them again.

Excellence in every aspect. Professionalism, Courteousness, Efficiency, Promptness, Workmanship, Friendliness, Cleanliness. This company is the best at what they do as far as I'm concerned. Especially thankful to Tyler, Joe, and Brandon for making it a smooth process from start to finish. Thank you for replacing my roof.

Tanenbaum Roofing is not Tom Tanenbaum Inc. Tanenbaum Roofing is owned by Royalty Companies on Seymour Indiana. They will not honor my warranty. I have had problem in my family room since 2018 when Tom Tanenbaum Inc. put on a new roof. They did not inspect the L flashing over my family room. I had four service calls to fix the leak. Now Tanenbaum roofing says they have no obligation even though my warrant for a water tight roof does not expire until March 2025. I ask them to replace L flashing the correct way at no cost to me, as they should have done when they put on a new roof. Now I am having to pay another roofing co $2240 to do the repair. Don’t trust Tanenbaum roofing. I offered to allow Tanenbaum Roofing to correct the roof themselves with their workers, but specified the L Flashing needed to be replaced which required stucco removed. This was remove yesterday and multiple nail holes were found in the L flashing that Tanenbaum had put in the shingle and side of L flashing when they replaced the room. The area is a small section of roof on the back of my house. This was done last during the install of the new roof. No time was taken to inspect. They tore off and replaced in a very short time with no inspection. Also Tanenbaum had subbed the roofing to another company. The response below says I did not allow them to repair, which is false. Use them and be sorry.
