These Terms of Use govern the Roofing Companies Florida directory, homeowner quote requests, company accounts, and paid directory memberships.

Directory purpose

Roofing Companies Florida is an independent directory. We do not perform roofing work, employ the listed companies, set contractor prices, or become a party to an agreement between a homeowner and a roofing company.

Verification and homeowner decisions

We may review Florida licensing information and other listing details. A listing, badge, or verification indicator does not guarantee workmanship, insurance, availability, pricing, conduct, or suitability. Homeowners must independently confirm a contractor’s current license, insurance, references, permits, scope, and contract terms before hiring.

Homeowner quote requests

By submitting a request, the homeowner authorizes RCF to use the information to operate the following routing rules and permits the selected recipients to contact them about that request:

• Direct company request: when the homeowner deliberately selects an eligible active Gold company, the request is delivered to that company if it serves the requested city and service.
• Selected Free or Partner company: the company may receive a masked 15-minute Gold upgrade opportunity without homeowner contact details. If it does not become eligible Gold in the required city, the request moves to Gold matching.
• General request: the request may be delivered to up to three eligible Gold companies so the homeowner can compare responses.

RCF does not guarantee that three companies will be available, that any recipient will respond, or that a homeowner will receive or accept an estimate. A homeowner may submit another genuine request when needed; repeat and abusive submissions may be flagged for quality and security review but are not automatically rejected merely because they are repeated.

Company listings and accounts

Anyone submitting or claiming a listing confirms that they are authorized to represent the company and that all supplied details and documents are accurate. Member access requires a valid user-to-listing ownership relationship. We may decline, correct, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unverified, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with directory standards.

Paid plans and recurring billing

The price, currency, billing frequency, and any founding entitlement shown before checkout govern the purchase. A paid subscription renews at its displayed interval until canceled. Partner has no city-seat limit. Gold includes Partner benefits plus its stated profile features, priority placement and pooled matching in one purchased Gold city, and eligibility for homeowner requests.

A Gold city normally has up to six seats. If the preferred city is full, the available choices are another eligible served city, the no-charge waitlist, or Partner. Gold priority and pooled matching apply only to the purchased city; a homeowner may still directly request an eligible Gold company in another location it genuinely serves.

The standard Gold allowance is five successfully delivered leads per month. Direct, pooled, and post-upgrade deliveries all count after the lead email is accepted. Masked upgrade notices and failed lead emails do not count. Lead volume depends on homeowner demand and matching eligibility. RCF does not guarantee leads, jobs, replies, conversion, or revenue.

Activation, cancellation, refunds, and digital delivery

Paid benefits activate only after license and ownership requirements are satisfied and the payment provider confirms the subscription. When a cancellation is confirmed by the provider, future recurring billing is stopped, paid benefits end, any Gold city seat is released, and the company keeps its Free listing. Acceptable use

You may not submit false or unauthorized information, misuse homeowner contact details, interfere with security, scrape or copy the directory at scale, impersonate another person or company, send unlawful communications, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Commercial and editorial independence

Paid plans buy only the benefits clearly described for that plan. Payment does not buy false verification, guaranteed ranking outside the purchased Gold city, guaranteed leads, or control over editorial statements. See the Editorial and Commercial Policy.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCF disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and results. RCF is not responsible for a contractor’s work, communications, estimates, contracts, billing, injuries, property damage, or disputes between users and independent companies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
