The first 100 eligible, approved Partner applications receive one complimentary 12-month Partner term, including the embeddable badge and RCF number. It does not renew automatically; after the term, the company may choose Partner at $199/year. Gold is $99/month or $990/year, with two months free.

The badge is the visual mark you display. The RCF number is your unique verification ID that any homeowner can look up on our site. Partner gives you both to put on your own website.

Yes. We check your Florida license at the DBPR first. If we cannot verify you, you pay nothing.

A direct profile request goes to the selected eligible Gold company when it serves the requested city and service. A general quote request may be delivered to up to 3 eligible Gold companies so the homeowner can compare responses. The standard Gold allowance is 5 successfully delivered leads per month. Direct, pooled and unlocked deliveries all count. Lead volume depends on homeowner demand and matching eligibility. RCF does not guarantee leads, jobs, replies or revenue.

Yes. A city normally has up to six Gold seats. Pooled requests and featured placement use fair rotation, while a direct profile request follows the homeowner's selected eligible Gold company.

Free and Partner companies do not receive homeowner contact details. A selected Free or Partner company may receive a masked 15-minute Gold upgrade opportunity; otherwise the request moves to the Gold pool.

Yes, from your own billing settings. We ask the payment provider to stop future billing first, and you keep everything you have already paid for until the end of that period - then the listing returns to Free. Nothing is refunded, because nothing is cut short. Completed payments follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Yes, both from your billing settings. Upgrading is immediate: the new plan must activate successfully before the old subscription is removed. Moving from Gold down to Partner is scheduled instead - Gold runs to the end of the period you have paid for, your Gold city is released at that point, and you then activate Partner at $199/yr.

After you are verified, you get a copy-paste embed code and a QR code in your account. The badge links back to your public verify page.

No. Homeowner contact details go only to companies selected by the disclosed routing rules: one selected eligible Gold company for a direct request, or up to three eligible Gold companies for a general request. RCF does not sell that information to unrelated data brokers.
