The Rowe family has been continuously active in the commercial roofing business since 1974. Ruben Rufus Rowe III holds the company's Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1326326). The corporate entity Southland Rowe Roofing was established in 2004 to separate roofing operations from the broader construction arm, Southland Contracting The company is GAF certified and is recognized as a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. Rowe Roofing did a great Jin on my house. The prices were very competitive but the quick response was my deciding factor. It only took 2 days to complete the job and all of the workers acted professionally. John Gladden was a pleasure to work with! 10 out of 10!
We had the pleasure of working with John. It all started with a leak at the fireplace chimney. I called them the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. John came out that day to see what they needed to do to fix the problem. He had his crew out the next day. The day before Thanksgiving. We knew we needed a new roof as ours was 11 years old. We asked John for an estimate and they gave us a really good price. Their crew was professional, did a good job and was very respectful of the property. I would recommend to anyone.
