The staff at Frank Seeber Roofing are very helpful during the entire process. John, the supervisor, is very kind and helpful. He helped me with a small gate repair and was very attentive to the ground area around my home. They did an excellent job laying down plastic around my entire home. They heard my concern for my backyard and were very respectful. They did a very good job covering my pool and it was kept clean. The amount of debris that flys off your is incredible and they captured 98.5% of it, which is incredible! Frank Seeber does an excellent job going through his presentation about how the entire process is going to happen. He is very proud of the type of materials he is using and how he takes extra care in applying materials around certain areas of the roof. He included 3 extra roof vents for my roof because he wanted to increase the amount of heat being released from the attic. The reason he does this is because he would like to provide a better chance for the tar paper to keep cool as well as your home. No other company offered this. To me it shows his sincerity and care for his customers. On top of all this, they will fill out the HOA paperwork for you and then you will submit the packet to your HOA for approval.

Frank Seeber Roofing completed an excellent re-roofing job on our house. The work was done efficiently, neatly, and punctually. All debris was carefully removed. The finished product looks wonderful. We were very impressed with the competence and organization of all involved.

Frank Seeber of Frank Seeber Roofing provided me a competitive detailed written quote with options, which were included in a packet detailing the roof installation and important information on scheduling. He spent the time to listen to my concerns and corrected flaws from the original construction of the house while being fair and reasonable throughout the process. The employees are hard-working and respectful, and took the time to answer any of my questions. The roof came out great. I am super impressed!

After reading customer reviews and getting quotes from several highly rated roofing companies we chose Frank Seeber Roofing to do our 33 year old home’s new roof. Frank Seeber himself came out fully prepared to discuss our new roof and explain the entire process. He had with him the brochures of several roofing tile companies. We wanted to change our white roof to a darker color and selected several tiles from 4 different companies. Frank said he would have samples of those tiles sent to us. The price quoted was very competitive. It included the cost of handling the permit process as well as providing the packages necessary for my two HOA’s that I would then submit to the HOA for approvals. Frank also explained each phase of the roofing process, at what stage of the job city inspections would take place and the payments that would be made at various points during the installation. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. We told him if we went with him we would not want to start until after the holidays, about 2 months later. Frank said that would be no problem. He said to let him know. We were surprised 3 days later to receive large boxes of tile samples directly from the manufacturers. It was clear he had a good relationship with the manufacturers. We signed our contract in November and our work began in January. From Tear Down of our old roof to the final installation of our Eagle Capistrano Tile in Darker Sierra Madre, including all inspections and final approval, the process took 42 days. Everybody we worked with were Amazing. Jessica and Jamie in their main office were very professional, proactive and responsive. The various supervisors, John, Jose, and Fernando, in the field answered any questions, ensured the work site outside our home was clean every night when they finished and the quality of the work done was top notch. The workers clearly knew their respective jobs. They always were fully prepared for the City Inspector when he came out. The tiles passed the Engineering Roof Tile Uplift Test without any issues. Since we had our house repiped several years ago Supervisor John even went into our attic to ensure that the new pipes would not be near the roof plywood before they did any roofing work. As a note. Included with the job was several sheets of plywood and facia board. Any extra would have an additional cost. Our roof was 33 years old we expected more plywood was going to be needed then what was included. After Tear Down and review John told us he was surprised only 1 sheet of Plywood need to be change and a couple of feet of facia board. He said our original roof, though old, was done very well. No extra charge. We were impressed with their honesty. In closing, we are thrilled we chose Frank Seeber. They made the Roofing Process as easy as possible and they delivered an excellent product. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
