After the situation escalated, Ardiel Barrios,— whose license is attached to the company — personally stepped in, paid the outstanding supplier balance quickly, and ensured the lien was removed, which we truly appreciate. However, based on our experience, I strongly encourage homeowners to maintain detailed records, verify supplier payments, and obtain proper lien releases before making final payment on any roofing project.

After several months of going through the stressful process of finding a trustworthy roofing company to trust our hard-earned money to I came across John Suarez and Omega Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They provided all the paperwork, permits, materials and equipment needed for the job. The crew worked tirelessly and swiftly under the punishing Miami sun and never even asked to use our home restroom in the two days it took them to get the job done (which I thought was really impressive given that they worked for nearly 12 hours each day). If you need them after service, forget it. They don't answer phone calls or emails. No permits. We had to pay extra for a roof certification to satisfy our insurance company.
