Hello, sorry!!! I had to edit my old post, cause I don't know how to do a new review. The experience was way better this time than ever. Thanks Haley,I hope that was the young woman name. Return vehicle with Haley was awesome an made a bad review, go to perfect. Appreciate enterprise family
I was not happy about the rental office. It was extremely poorly run. The line was almost out the door. The staff was kind and nice. The car itself was nice and ran well. I had an appointment to get my car on April 8th at 10am. I don’t know why they bother with appointments as it is first come first serve. There were people sitting there before me that had been there for 4 hours!!!. Anyway I was given a rental and out the door at 1230 in the afternoon. Did not make me very happy. The story of my life. They did go over the car with me.
Quick service, even though there were over a handful of people in the lobby. I was able to easily extend my rental agreement twice. I made my reservation online and had a coupon code which allowed me to spring for a Premium Rental Vehicle. BMW was one of the cars listed with the premium rental. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted a Dodge Durango. I told him that I do not want an SUV I want a car. A hound lady came to walk me to my rental which was parked on the north side of the building. Together we walked in the pouring rain to a Nissan Altima (not a premium rental). She told me to wait a moment while she checked the vehicle. She sat in the drivers seat and recorded all the gauges while I stood outside the car in the pouring rain waiting for her to finish.
Let me warn you about a disastrous car rental experience with Enterprise. As a frequent renter, I expect top-notch service and quality, but what was a lengthy wait and a series of letdowns. After my current rental was towed due to battery issues, I was sent to Enterprise Bayshore, where I was told there were no SUVs available - despite witnessing a customer before me being offered a Durango. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was met with deafening silence. The sedan I was offered was a nightmare. The interior was filthy, with stained seats, a lingering stench, and a mangled steering wheel. The exterior wasn't much better, with smudges on the windows and body. Given my frequent rentals and Enterprise's reputation, I expected a clean, well-maintained ride. Instead, I felt like I was stuck with someone else's trash. The manager's response? Essentially, "Sorry, not sorry." He claimed there was nothing he could do, but the truth is, that car shouldn't have been rented out in the first place. It's clear Enterprise needs to revamp their vehicle preparation process at this location. Until then, potential renters beware: avoid this Enterprise location at all costs."
