Dockside sent over Steven to address repairs after a recent storm. Steven communicated what he was going to repair and also identified areas which may present a problem in future and repaired those as well. Repairs were done quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dockside Roofing Inc to anyone who is looking for a reliable roof repair.
I had dockside roofing install my roof on my house two years ago. A few months ago I had an insurance inspection that revealed the roof system was failing. After getting the run around from them for two months I finally got a call back where they told me it would cost me several thousand dollars to fix their mistake. Bill told me “ that’s how roofing works”. A 15yr system fails in 1.5 years and they did nothing other then try to line their own pockets. Dishonest people. Steer clear of them.
I highly recommend this company. They were the only company able to determine where the leak was coming from in my standing seam metal roof. I also recently used Dockside to do a roof inspection and maintenance. Steve found several minor things and took care of everything. If I could give this company 6 stars, I would.
They were here to fix our roof more than 6 times but could not fix it. Finally they told us it couldn't be repaired, even though I paid them for the repairs each time they were here, excluding the last visit. I had to hire Bay to Bay roofing to fix it once and for all and they repaired it right the first time.
