His estimate was fair and was inclusive of permits and wind mitigation inspection...2 less headaches for me! The day of the install, his crew was efficient and courteous and when they left there was not a nail, a shingle scrap or a water bottle left behind. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was! Hurricane Milton wrecked our roof, and we needed a complete replacement. There were tons of roofing companies vying for our business, but only a few I felt comfortable getting quotes from. Michael was always super responsive. My HOA is a pain to work with, so I had to reach out to him a few times. He was always super nice and accommodating to what I needed. I was surprised they were able to schedule me in before Christmas. Michael and his team showed up early and got the job done in a day. The team was friendly and took great care of the property. Completed the re-roof job in a day and a half. Over 3,000 sq. ft. Job done well. Crew was very professional and polite. Quality work and at a fair price. Michael Martin was very patient as we had to get HOA approval as well as waiting for insurance determination by our insurance company.

Michael was fast to come inspect our roof & give us a quote. We were extremely pleased with the look of our new roof. The workers were hard working & prompt. I definately would recommend them!
