Contacted the Jones family to get a price on some flashing I needed for a small house project and within the hour I had a price. The owner called letting me know that they are going to start bending my order. I showed up 3 hours later expecting to put my deposit down but my order was already complete and ready to be picked up. Long story short, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick and very responsive to questions!
Very poor customer service, would not recommend anyone using this company. When I was quoted a price, they charged a credit card fee on top of the bill. That's like going to a gas station and paying the service fee on a bottle of water. Makes no sense. When I asked, the lady was extremely rude. 1 out of 5 stars
worst customer service ever, the owner is sarcastic and needs better manners if answering the phone. Told they would match the color were not even close to the color. Spent weeks trying to get a live person on the phone heaven forbid you ask for someone by name owner gets offended.
