John Scott Roofing is a very reliable company. He was personable, came when he said and included many things others may not, for instance filing all the warranty, and having an inspector to contact your insurance company. The men that came did a very good job and cleaned up beautifully. My sister had John Scott do her roof with the same results. She even said her lanai was cleaner than before they came. I recommend this company very highly.

I contacted John Scott Roofing to come out when I first purchased my home in Timber Pines. They did an inspection and said I didn't need a new roof at that time! Who does that? An honest and reputable company, that's who!!!! Three years later I called them again because I decided it was time to replace the roof. They came out, gave me a reasonable price and scheduled the job. I requested they give me an appointment for a different month and they worked with me. Their crew came out and two days later I have the roof that I wanted. It compliments my house and pavers. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up my property and did everything possible to pick up all the roofing nails. I didn't have to pay for anything up front. They handled all the paperwork, permits, and inspections. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. If you need a roof, this is the company you want to hire! I had no problems or issues during the entire process.
