Active Florida license Checked
We confirm each company holds an active license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (FL DBPR). For roofing, that means a certified or registered roofing contractor license, a CCC number for certified roofers or an RC number for registered roofers. A company without a current, in-good-standing license does not get listed.
Insurance on file Checked
We look for evidence of general liability coverage and workers' compensation. Liability coverage protects your property if something goes wrong during the job, and workers' comp protects you from claims if a crew member is injured on your roof. Both matter, and we note when a company can document them.
Real reviews Checked
