Robert and his team are incredible. I cannot recommend All tech enough. My husband and I decided to do a kitchen reno and we had the unfortunate experience of having to fire a different contractor that was referred by a family friend. We were basically starting over and putting our trust into a new company/contractor (Robert), after feeling nervous about our previous experience. We got introduced to Robert from a current customer of his and he was a breath of fresh air to work with. He made himself available to meet in person with in a day or talking to him about our remodel. Remodels in general can be stressful, but add in being 7 months pregnant and firing the previous company, I was ready to give up. Robert came in with a positive attitude, so genuine and trustworthy from the start that it made the decision so easy and stress free to move forward with All tech. We spoke with several of his clients and all had raving reviews. His communication is impeccable and he checks in on his clients daily. I was blown away some days when he would stop by just to check in, even if there was minimal work being done on that day. If I made any sort of check list to review, Robert already had those items on his own check list and was one step ahead of us. It was so easy to work with someone who was so organized with his team and delivery of timeline. He never forget anything we talked about and the team was always in the same page. Robert came in with ideas, solutions, and always found a way to fix any roadblock that came up throughout the Reno. I love looking at our kitchen knowing some of the ideas can from Robert and I would never thought of them myself. It makes me proud to say who our contractor was when friends see our new kitchen. We are so excited to start future projects with All tech builders. They feel like became part of our family. I added some photos for before and after. These are missing some of the final touches from other venders such as upholstery and hood finishes, but will add updated ones soon.

Highly recommended. The team at All Tech Builders has completed three different successful projects for us. The first two projects were relatively small -- with the first involving roof, exterior trim and gutter repairs, and the second involving internal wallboard repairs and painting in several rooms. Based on the good results from the smaller projects as well as good references, we asked Robert, Rosa and the team at All Tech Builders to lead a multi-part kitchen remodel for us which they did a great job of completing in late 2025. Despite a number of unexpected “bumps in the road” (starting with an unexpected multi-week backup in our Village’s permitting process, which was no fault of theirs), the team worked around multiple constraints and helped us achieve a very good result. The project involved demolition, extensive hardwood floor repair and refinishing, drywall repair & painting, ventilation, and significant plumbing & electrical work. There was quite a bit of scheduling complexity that Robert and Rosa helped us navigate through. There were some communications and scheduling challenges with some of the electrical work and delays in areas outside of AllTech’s control, but Robert’s calm, professional and results-oriented approach was a great help and he helped coordinate and lead the whole team working together to get us over the finish line to an excellent quality outcome. All Tech met their committed timelines and budget, accommodated changes, and worked with us on pricing for the unplanned changes. Thanks Robert, Rosa and everyone on the team! We had a great experience with All Tech Builders. Robert Blangiardo, the owner, has great vision and a superb eye for design. His quotes are highly detailed, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. During the project, Robert was always available to answer questions and responded quickly to emails, texts and calls. He also frequently showed up on-site to check in on the progress and to make sure the project was working towards being completed on schedule. His team of workers and subcontractors are top notch. They always showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were polite and respectful and always cleaned up after themselves. Our bathroom remodels turned out great, and we look forward to working with All Tech on future projects.

It's scary hiring a contractor you've never worked with before. All Tech came through on everything they promised. They were so respectful and cooperative. They took care to not damage our floors. They cleaned up as much as possible. They never left junk around. They completed the job in a timely manner. Every box you want a contractor to check off they checked off. Because they have been such a trusted service provider to the northern suburb community for so long, they have a team of employees and own their own equipment. What does that mean? It means they can offer incredibly competitive rates because they're not pawning the work off on contractors and then just marking up the costs. It means they don't have to pay rental costs for scaffolding or other equipment. Literally everyone at the company we interacted with was beyond impressive and pleasant. Thanks, All Tech!!!!
