Our journey began when our Condo realized that we needed a new roof. We reached out to Cool Roof and Mario came out to give us a quote. Mario wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions and fully explained the process. We have air conditioners on the roof and the stands were rusted and needed replacement. Mario made a recommendation for to handle that job that they had worked with before. I received several quotes and Cool Roof offered the best value between price and warranty. When I would call, Mario was always prompt to call me back if he wasn't able to answer. When it was time for the job to begin in December 2025, all of the workers were very friendly and accommodating. Our property was kept clean and all the cars in the parking lot were covered. They kept an employee on watch for anyone who needed their car uncovered to leave and the car was quickly recovered upon their return. All of our residents were extremely impressed with the service provided. Cool Roof totally removed our old roof down to the concrete, replaced storm drains and added new scuppers around the perimeter walls. Our roof looks fresh and clean and we look forward to many years of not having to worry about it. It was comforting that inspectors were there to monitor the progress of the installation and inspect the condition of the concrete. A manufactures representative came out and did a final inspection on the application and the thickness of the roof materials. Cool Roof made the whole process worry free. The entire team from sales, office staff and installers were very professional and insured the job was done right. When it's time for a new roof down the road, I'm calling Cool Roof!
