Can’t recommend anyone better. Had an issue with something in my roof but wasn’t exactly sure what it was. They came and inspected everything and turns out it wasn’t even a roof issue. But they thoroughly explained what needed to be done and suggested different options. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!

Pros: - Paperwork is pretty organized (though scheduling and communication are not). - Roofers seemed competent. - Good price. Cons: - Poor communication: They showed up on property unannounced. We were waiting on them to tell us a start date, per our email exchange. One morning a roofer just showed up. We didn't get a chance to move vehicles or protect the items in the room underneath the repair area. When I contacted the owner, Joe, about this on the way to work--what a hectic morning this caused--he didn't apologize. He took absolutely zero accountability. - The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and dismissive. He will talk down to you if you are a woman, as if you can't possibly understand the technical basics, and try to shut down your questions. - You have to go to their office to sign paperwork in an age where digital signatures are recognized by law.
