We highly recommend Dutch Built Construction. Mark Holland does quality work at a reasonable price. He is very personable and dependable. He has done many projects for us over the years and we have always been more than pleased with the results.
Our project included replacing French doors, extending roof line for new porch, replacing fireplace and chimney (insert) with a gas fireplace, as well as re-roofing house and garage. Mark and his construction team were dependable and did an incredible job. We would recommend them for any construction work.
Amazing and professional work! I had a tankless water heater installed, carpet installed, ceiling damage from roof leak as well as a roof leak repaired. I never thought the garage ceiling could look like nothing ever occurred but it does. It was great to have someone help me through the process of what the steps were to take out my old water heater, dry the flooded area and replace the flooring. It looks to great! I’m so thankful!
Shoddy workmanship. Won't stand by their 'guarantee'. Spare yourself the pain in assessing the tradeoffs of bi-yearly roof repair vs. re-roofing, do your research and go with someone else.
