I can honestly say renting with this property management company has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. Any time I’ve ever had a question or issue, they responded quickly and handled everything professionally and efficiently. My first year here was amazing from start to finish, and I actually renewed my lease 3 months early because I knew I wanted to stay. That alone says a lot about how well they treat their tenants. It’s hard to find a company that genuinely cares, communicates well, and makes renting stress-free, but they do exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I started with Malt Realty in 2021 and I cannot be happier. More than 4 years with this Company and not even one complain. Connor and his team are the kindest. I live in Georgia and have a rental property in Fort Myers. They always keep me informed of everything and something that I value is their customer service. Amazing team!!! Absolutely the best Realty Management company in town! I have been with Malt Realty as a customer since 2017. Their online portals are extremely user friendly. During this time, they have kept me up to date on all issues timely, always answer the phone, and are quick to address issues. During our time with Malt we have experienced several devastating storms including Irma and Ian with direct hits and several other close calls or Tropical Storms. Through each Malt established direct communications with us well before the strum was forecast to make landfall. They clearly communicated what mitigation we needed to do before landfall, responsibilities, and provided contact numbers. Malt provides personal service to us and makes us feel valuable. Everyone in the office has been great to work with, Joyce is our primary contact and truly shows she cares about us. Always ready to help and always available on her mobile. The staff at Malt Realty are always helpful and attentive. Never had an issue they didn't address right away and to full satisfaction. Very happy with my rental apartment and very happy with Malt.
