American Roofing installed a new roof. Ten men showed up early each day and worked for 5 days straight! The City inspector came on the 6th day, signed for the final inspection and told me they did a very good job! I highly recommend AMERICAN ROOFING for their work ethic, professionalism, and responsiveness to questions. The crew was hard-working and respectful. The owner of the company came by several times to check on the project! It was a high-quality experience.
Received an unsolicited marketing text from American Roofing offering a “free roof inspection” and “0% down with no payments for 18 months.” I never requested any information from this company. Sending unsolicited promotional texts is a poor business practice and an aggressive way to generate sales. Especially in Florida, where roofing and insurance-related scams have been a widely reported issue, random offers for free inspections from companies you’ve never contacted raise legitimate concerns. Companies should not be cold-texting people who never asked to be contacted. Not a good first impression.
I have dealt with other roofing companies in the past and they are the best company I have ever used. They did an entire tear off and replacement of my 46 year old roof at at great price. I highly recommend them without hesitation. I saw the 1 star reviews and spoke directly to the owner, Frankie, about the driver involved in those reviews. The driver was a new employee that lasted only a few days, immediately terminated. Definitely not a type of person to represent the company that has been in business for over 40 years. My name is Ken Zengage, owner of Main Street Car Wash in Boynton Beach in my 40th year of business. Every one of American Roofing employees I dealt with were top notch professional.
Frankie is the best roofer in Palm Beach County. He has done my roof and my in-laws' in Lake Clarke Shores. He also reroofed my aunt's roof on historic Flamingo Park home. Nothing but quality work, and excellent follow-up on any question or issue you may have. Proud career roofer and trustworthy.
Extremely dangerous and aggressive behavior by a driver representing your company. The individual was driving a white Ford truck with the license plate PJDE75, and based on my experience, he should not be behind the wheel — he’s an aggressive and dangerous driver. On Monday morning, I was simply trying to park on my one-way street. As I waited for the car in front of me to pull out of a spot, this driver pulled up behind me and immediately began laying on his horn. There was nowhere for me to move, we were on a one-way street with limited space. Rather than wait a minute or two, he attempted to go around me and struck my side mirror in the process, all while continuing to blare his horn at me and others. What’s worse, he didn’t stop to check for damage, he just kept driving aggressively. Had I gotten out of my car at that moment, he might have hit me. After I parked, I saw him pull into a nearby business, American Roofing, so I walked over to speak with him. I calmly asked why he didn’t stop after hitting my mirror and if all that behavior was really necessary. Instead of apologizing, he began shouting at me, claiming I was blocking the road — again, it’s a one-way street, and I was clearly waiting to park. He continued yelling, said some absurd things, then jumped back into his truck and drove off. This morning, I saw him again — this time cutting off another driver and getting into another shouting match. Clearly, this is a pattern. This person is a reckless and volatile driver who poses a serious safety risk. People like this should not be operating any vehicle, let alone one that represents a business. I can only imagine how customers, especially women, might be treated by someone like this. If this is the kind of person American Roofing employs, I would never feel comfortable doing business with your company. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism. I highly recommend people stay away and don’t do business with this company!!
