Just over two years ago, my husband and I hired this company for their services, expecting top-tier support. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their pricing is exorbitant, but we believed we were paying for the best, so we pushed forward. The entire process has been a nightmare, especially when it comes to communication. If you don't respond to them immediately, you can go months without an update. It's disheartening that a company charging such high fees does so little to keep in touch with its clients.
