I needed a new roof quickly so I could secure homeowners insurance coverage. Out of the 4 companies I called and had give me a quote, Florida Roof Doctors were the most professional, helpful, and understanding. They didn’t attempt to upsell me and answered all of my questions promptly. Anytime I sent an email with a question or request Ed would call me immediately and go over everything which I really appreciated because I am a new homeowner and really have no idea what I’m doing 😅. His son Gabriel was very professional and prompt, and they both stopped by my house multiple times to make sure the work was quality and that I was happy. Even after the job was done they continued to communicate with my insurance agent to make sure she had everything to submit to my insurance company. I can’t recommend them enough and I really appreciate their dedication to quality and service. You won’t regret using them for a roof repair or an entirely new roof.

Ed and Carlos was great helping me along with the process of choosing roof materials and the application process. The roofer that came to the house were very professional as well as very thoughtful and making sure that any damage wood would be replaced. I didn’t need to talk on the phone or have Edson trying to convince me to do business with him. I requested the quote on the website, they gave me a call and sent the information with prices in the same day, Ed explained the process and the financing options and in 2 weeks we had a new roof! I had a couple questions regarding the wind mitigation and insurance and Ed was very knowledgeable and explained and sent me a video to understand the process.
