Courage of the roof technicians between cooling breaks got the plywood replaced and the shingles installed. I should have asked the salesman to include how much area was under repair and to write it in the contract. The description of "rotten wood" created a little tense moment as to how much needed to be ripped off. Otherwise techs Adam and Christian were great. Clean up was immaculate. 🥰❤️🙏🏿👍🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Top Services of Central Florida and I'm happy with the job they did on my roof. Prior to the re-roof I've had several estimates from other roofing companies in the area. Neumann Roofing was the first choice that I picked for the estimation since it was recommended by my homeowner insurance company. However, I was disappointed by the tardiness of Neumann’s estimator, Shawn, was late on the appointment; he never called to inform me or returned my call. The follow day I gave the owner of the company-Jason Neumann a second chance to give me an estimate for the re-roof, but he too was late on the job. He did called me to let me know he was late. Waited more than two hours for him to get the appraisal for my roof replace was unacceptable. Thus, I decided to call other roofing companies that were recommended by GAF such as Performance Roofing LLC, Carroll Bradford, Inc., and Roof Top Services of Central Florida. I picked Roof Top Services of Central Florida for the job for several reasons the estimator - Norman Wingate showed up early on the appointment, the estimate was closed to what I expected, the materials for the re-roof are second to the best, and the estimator co-operated with me on my requests for the re-roof. On the day of the re-roof his crew showed up on time and installed the new roof according to all the steps that has been suggested by the shingle manufacture GAF. The crew worked promptly and paid attention to the detail. Afterward, the re-roof team cleaned the new roof with a gas blower and picked up all the nails and debris around my yard and my neighbor yards before leaving the premises. The house looks sharp with GAF architecture shingles. I highly recommend Roof Top Services of Central Florida for its re-roof business.

By far, the BEST roofing company to work with! We had our entire roof replaced in April 2016. Excellent work and products. Reasonable and fair prices. Great warranty on roof and workmanship. The crew worked like clock work, done in less than 2 days. The Inspector walked the roof and gave a "2 thumbs up" and said the new roof looked great. Thanks Norman, Andy, Debbie and team! The entire experience with dealing with rooftop services was excellent. Jacob Hale did a great job explaining various types of shingles colors and warranty information. In addition, he gave good suggestions concerning new lighting, and skylight options. He was there to monitor the process as well. The company was very professional showed up on time early in the morning, and after three days completed the project. Cleanup was great and it was a pleasure to also meet the owner Norm. Would definitely recommend them for a future roofing job or repair.

These were the only contractors who were willing to come out to repair our solar tube/tunnel. The others we called all just wanted the big ticket approach of putting in new skylights, which was WAY beyond our budget. Thank you Debbie and Rooftop Services!
