Rooftec is a family-owned commercial and residential roofing contractor that has served southeast Florida since 1984, operating under the direct supervision of owner John J. Mulleavey in Delray Beach. The company holds state roofing license CCC032475 and is a member of both the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Palm Beach County Roofing and Sheet Metal Association. Rooftec is a GAF Certified Contractor, a Tile Roofing Institute High Wind certified installer, and an FPL Participating Independent Contractor, giving customers access to FPL energy-efficiency rebates. With more than 1,000 permitted projects recorded in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, Rooftec handles re-roofing, new-construction roofing, and ongoing roof maintenance for homes and commercial properties throughout South Florida.

We highly recommend Rooftec Corp in Delray Beach FL!! We are in the process of moving to Delray and had some concerns about our roof inspection. We randomly found Rooftec and was greeted by Monica. She was very kind and listened to our concern. She went above and beyond and had John the owner contact us. He was extremely informative, helped us ease our mind with our concern and did not even charge us.
