This is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. Communication, promptness, and execution all receive an A+. Our experience with a whole house remodel (interior and exterior) was carefully and expertly managed. If you are on the fence as far as choosing a contractor to work with, I'd encourage you to use Patrick H. Flanigan and Associates. There wasn't a single thing in our remodel that came up that they could not handle. They make it a priority to take stress out of the equation for the customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
From start to finish Patrick and his associates were great. We had Patrick replace our roof and remodel our entire house. We live in Michigan and he made us feel important and that our job was a priority. The communication was second to none. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust and someone who will do what they say when they say there are going to do it. I would highly recommend Patrick & Associates. Had the pleasure of working with Patrick on one of his jobs. His job site was Clean organized and he couldn't of been any friendlier. He showed us around and made us feel at home and part of his crew. We stained15 doors for Patrick from beginning to end he was there if we had any questions or needed anything.. I would absolutely work with Patrick again great guy and great company
