Roof projects are typically a very scary time for me as a property manager. There are so many things that can go wrong - damages to landscaping, driveways, soffits - fascia - interior of the home if done wrong, nails all over the place or trash. Eric’s team is one of the only roofing companies I NEVER have to worry about. My first experience with them blew my mind. They had my clients roof torn off and underlayment placed down in one day, without leaving a piece of debris behind. No trash, no nails, nothing. On top of that, the final finished product was ABSOLUTELY stunning! Beautiful flashing, clean lines, zero job site debris. They are worth the extra cost compared to the lower priced roofers in town. You 100% get what you pay for! I will only ever use MB for my clients going forward.
They are the definition of 'Wow!" My new roof is amazing! They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and my roof came out gorgeous! They were professional, talented, friendly and hard working! The Black's answered my endless questions before, during and after the job patiently and quickly! They went above and beyond and that is so rare in this business. I felt like family and would recommend them for any job large or small! We had quotes from many roofing companies in our area before a friend recommended M B Enterprises. Their price was in the middle of what we were quoted from other companies and some companies were the same price for a lower quality shingle. We could not be happier with our decision and look of the house now. The hurricane messed up our schedule a little bit but they were super accommodating and did a great job all around. Pleasant and hard working employees. Seamless job and great communication. Highly recommend.
OMG, MB Enterprises is fantastic, they fixed a flashing/roofing problem that seemed insurmountable, and the result is amazing. And, they did it with the kind of friendly customer service that is increasingly rare these days. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. KB
