I NEVER get a good help in Lowes. I feel like employees are running away to not help customers but I got lucky with 1 employee. I want to thank Michael in plumbing to help me with plumbing parts. Guy was doing forklift work but stopped to helped me. I am really thankful for what he did for me. All future customers you can count on this guy for help but I can’t say for the others.
They made a bad situation go really well. These three offered excellent customer relationship enhancement, problem solving, and customer satisfaction. I’m writing this review because I’ve visited several stores as I was preparing a property for tenants. Prince, Renea, and Aldo made my experience really wonderful. They helped me pick out the right refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, and help me worked out my delivery. When my order didn’t work out, they still used the best customer service to try to resolve the issue.
I had a brilliant experience at Lowe’s thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly the kind of person who makes shopping easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across service like that these days. A real credit to Lowe’s. I’ll definitely be back!
Great location and large well stocked Lowe's. Being in vacation rentals we constantly need to fix some unusual problem or are doing some upgrade project. In this case we were putting in a feature wall with a sound dampening felt backing and needed to figure out best mounting into concrete backed drywall. Lowe's had a dozen different construction adhesives and screw options to choose from and we ended up with a perfect install! The friendly service also made our day!
I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s. Angelica, the manager, was incredibly kind and understanding and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. Her professionalism and customer care really stood out. Rick went completely above and beyond by helping me load 21 fifty-five-pound paving stones and 15 bags of gravel from the back onto my truck. That was a huge help and very much appreciated. TT also jumped right in by grabbing Angelica right away—no questions asked—which shows how well the team works together. Outstanding service, great teamwork, and genuinely helpful people. This location is doing things right
