We had a metal roof installed by Intercoastal Roofing on our new construction home. They did a fantastic job and we have since referred others to them. Recently, we discovered a problem with a section of the roof. We contacted the owner who responded immediately and promised to address the problem, no questions asked. Oftentimes, businesses fail to stand behind their product or services. In this case, the opposite was true. The owner was personally involved, met with us face-to-face, and promised to make things right—and did! We could not have asked for a better response. Their workmanship and customer focus are first class! We love this company and would highly recommend them to others.
