T&S did an excellent job with our roof repairs. We were not sure whether the roof needs to be changed and if so what options were available. Ralph met with us and discussed the pros and cons of metal and tile roofs but also noted that we just patch the leak area. We opted to have the leak patched. The administrative staff (Alejandro Ayala) was prompt in scheduling the appointments and communicating the info to us. The crew were professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. We will certainly call on T$S for any roofing needs in future and highly recommend their services to others

Our experience with T & S Roofing systems was nothing short of exceptional. They matured their execution like clockwork, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process from start to finish. Their reliability and professionalism were evident in every step. Our sales representative, Manny (Emanuel Herrera) was incredibly patient, ordering multiple tile samples and thoroughly explaining every detail of the process. Juan Calvo explained the next steps. Yuliana helped prioritize our project. All of their guidance made decision-making easy and reassuring. They replaced damaged plywood. Used the polyglass polystick TU Max direct to deck underlayment. They cut out the old wall flashing, put a new one, water proofed the flashing, did the stucco work to blend into the existing walls. They added extra vents upon request and painted them. The tile work fast followed, no long waits. The final real test will be the hurricane winds and rains. Will update if anything changes after this season. The project team (Sammy n team) executed everything flawlessly, working with precision and efficiency. A special shout-out to Danielle, who was the backbone of the project. She handled all the paperwork, secured permits, monitored weather conditions to reschedule when necessary, kept us closely informed and supported us with every request. Her dedication and proactive approach ensured that everything stayed on track without a hitch. Impressive company! Over the years, we had reached out to T&S for minor repairs and they never tried to sell us more than we needed. So when it was time to get a new roof, we already had confidence in their trustworthiness. If all companies were as professional & communicative as T&S, home construction/repair would be much easier. The consistent communication from their project manager Danielle (daily) kept us informed every step of the way - even when we were away. During the project, David efficiently managed the team and schedule. Despite some unexpected issues with our old house, they never compromised on quality and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. We are extremely pleased with our new roof!
