Red Rhino was reliable, did exactly what they promised. They replaced my storm-damaged shingle roof with a metal one, which they recommended for a minor upgrade in cost—and it was absolutely worth it. The new roof will last much longer and helped lower my monthly premiums. They showed up on time, worked clean and efficiently and even sealed up exterior penetrations while they were here. The job was neat, professional, and handled without hassle. I don’t have to worry about my roof for the several decade. Highly recommend!

Mark and Ivy are very easy to work with. The crew was at my house 2 min before sunup. Great crew with a wonderful attitude. Had the old roof removed on the first day and the new one replaced the next. The hardest part of this was fighting with the insurance company. Red Rhino made the rest easy. Thanks!!

We hired this company to do our roofs in our neighborhood and to do Hardie Board on a building. It was the worst experience we have ever had. They took forever to get things done. Didn’t do many of the roofing and flashing correctly. And yet somehow pass inspection. We are also supposed to have a warranty on the roof roofs and they have yet to come and take care of anything that we’ve asked them to do since they finished. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not at all trustworthy and only out to make money.

I am editing my review as a resolution was provided and changed my review to be a fair representation of my experience. I have to say that as upsetting as it was that my HOA community decided to choose this vendor for our $500k project, the project manager overseeing the project saved their reputation. I want to thank Ivey for working with me regarding the roofers damages to my property and yard, usage of my power, and breaking of my water faucet. As upsetting as it was to endure all these issues, Ivey communicated and has wanted to peacefully resolve this from when she first reached out to me. I am happy to say that we were able to peacefully resolve this issue to my satisfactory.
