Dan and his team resurfaced and put a new deck down on my 44-year-old pool. It looks absolutely amazing. The color of the pool is so calm and relaxing. The Travertine deck is truly luxurious and stays cool under my feet at any time of the day. This is truly an updated oasis we will enjoy for a very long time. Thank you for making my outdoor space so much more enjoyable.

Check his reputation with locals and the town or county before signing a contract with him. His reputation precedes him most of the time. $111,000 and he says these issues “aren’t abnormal”. Tiles falling off, overhang on pool deck goes from 1.25” to 3.5” and he says that’s because of the house placement, wants to use the cheapest materials after charging a premium for the pool. Go elsewhere! They did not follow the shoring plan for the build. House integrity is in question. We owe Dan about $3000 left on the contract but first estimate we got to finish the pool is almost $50,000. UPDATE. Currently having engineers and independent pool construction consultant provide report and findings of the current state of the pool and the lack of shoring plan. Happy to provide to anyone who needs verification before deciding whether to do business with Dan.

Dan and team built our pool and bathroom addition, he was on top of things and made sure everything was perfect; Dan immediately addressed any and all questions we had before and during the build process. Couldn't be happier with the end product, highly recommended!!
