Had a total roof replaced. Unlike others, Tim took his time and fully explained everything. Gave me options to work w my insurance company as well as helped me pick brand and color for my house. Quote was kept, timing and turnaround time was in line. Crew was good people and considerate of my home and property. The job was completed in a professional manner. Tim actually called after a couple times to check on things and ask if I needed followed up on anything. Highly recommend.

Went to France for an extended period (6 months), got a call from our kind neighbor who told me that the roof leaked through the gulley where the angle of the roof changed. I have a concrete tile roof, 50 years old! Being 3500 miles away I contacted my good friend Mr. Google who gave me a list of roofers in the Orlando area. Called several, they were either too busy, not interested or too expensive. Then I called Timothy, explained my problem, he came to the house, my neighbor let him in, we agreed on the price for the MAJOR repair. When I came back home, the roof was repaired. Perfect! Timothy came by later to assure my satisfaction, had a nice talk and left. Good work and a very pleasant contact.
