I live in a Mobile Home Community in Clearwater. I was told about and with high regard from another community Board President. My salesman was Joe S. I couldn't be happier with his expertise in roofing and also his demeanoras as their salesman. I had received a couple of other company roofing quotes for my 2003 Jacobson modular home and frankly they were ridiculous. The other roofing companies were trying to sell me the high end sizzle so to speak. It was time for my roofs 1st shingle replacement and Joe came out from Olde Time Roofing and did my roof inspection. He was every bit of what I was told I could expect from the company. All I can say is that Joes knowledge helped me with what my choices were with shingles as well as the quality of the shingle replacement choice for my 2003 Jacobson roof that has 6 skylights.
