My roof had a full replacement exactly 11 years ago by south bay construction. There is bowing, and leaks happening in almost every room now. No one will cover me without full rip out and replacement now. Let your wallet think about a new roof every 10 years with this company... instead of the 20 years of zero problems Ive gotten from guys roofing on 2 other homes. Not recommended.

We just had our roof replaced by South Bay Construction and they did an outstanding job!!! The crew were here from sun up to sun down, were very polite and professional, and completed the job in basically 2 days! I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done! Not only that but you can tell this is a company that truly cares and stands behind their product! The roof looks amazing and they did such a good job cleaning up you wouldn't have even thought they were ever here! They moved the stuff off our back porch before starting the roof and then put it all back when they were done! It's the little things! :) Thank you Shawn for being so great to work with! It's been the best experience!! Highly recommend South Bay Construction!!!!!!
