My original “one call” was on 2/20. A contractor came out to look at my job, saying I would have estimates the next week for the style I wanted and also the style he suggested. I received the estimate for his style on 3/18, one month later. I asked if the second estimate was still coming and was told it would be next week. Now, 2+ weeks later, on 4/2, I am giving up. If I have to start by chasing somebody in the first place, it does not give me confidence in working with them at all. From looking at other information online, And the fact that they only have one estimator, it does not sound like a good place to work.
I recently had One Call Construction replace my old wooden attic stairs with new metal ones. The job was done very well and accurately...the new stairs look great and give me confidence that they will be a part of my home for generations to come. I am much more confident accessing my attic and the quality of the finishing work left the hallway looking so much nicer than they did before. David was very friendly and professional!! I also appreciated that they had a financial service available to make it easier to get the repair done at a very low interest rate. I'm looking forward to working with One Call again in the future!

Excellent contractor.... One Call made our kitchen remodel such a wonderful experience. From the beginning they were very prompt with our estimate and plans. Communication was excellent, Dave & Sheree were very helpful with our design and materials. Our on sight contractor was very talented with details and a pleasure working with. We are contracting a job with them again. Highly recommend One Call Construction ........ They are the best!!
