Center State Roofing

We finished our new home with Center State a few months ago. From the initial contact till move in, we were impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Josh and his team were diligent in responding promptly to any questions or concerns we had during the process. The house turned out just the way we wanted it, and within the budget. We visited the site frequently during construction and were able to meet with a lot of the trades on the job. To a person, they were respectful, knowledgeable and took pride in their work. If you are in the market for a new home I would not hesitate to recommend Center State Construction.

If you’re looking for a company to do the worst imaginable, construction or repairs to your home look no further because this company is the worst. But if you’re looking to have good work done then run away from this company. We bought a A house a year ago that was bank owned, and the bank hired this company to come in and do repairs to the house. I don’t know if the bank told them to use the cheapest materials they could find or if this company really doesn’t even know how to do construction but the work they did was awful. When we did our walk-through, there was a leak from under our dishwasher. We reached out to this company and they claimed they fixed it. A year later come to find out they never fixed it and it’s been leaking for a year and now my kitchen cabinets were full of mold and had to be gutted out and restored. Upon signing, they agreed to service and clean the air conditioner unit. We have the contract that they signed that said they did it. Within two months of moving into our home, we found out that our air-conditioning unit was full of mold. They in fact did not do the work and we have professional air-conditioning companies willing to testify in court about this. My flooring is already coming up. The worker that they had come out here was extremely rude and threw cigarettes all over my driveway in my yard. Run away from this company do not use them unless you want to deal with many many many problems.

I went with my realistate agent to meet with the builder this afternoon. He spoke mostly about the market and all the troubles we would have finding acres of land in a good area. He showed us two pieces of paper with floor plans on them and then told us more about the market in the local economy. Some old guy I forgot his name already, but if he was trying to sell something, he's a horrible salesman cause I dont know what he was selling, or if he was talking about the quality of their homes he didn't say much. Most of it seemed bias and opinionated about the market and what he thought we should do. My realistate agent thought he was rude as well, a total waste of time I wouldn't recommend them.

This builder is one of the best in Marion County. I have had several homes built by them, that is why I continue to use their services. Great Quality, awesome customer service.
