FNF had great service! The process was very smooth. Casey was especially knowledgeable and patient along the process. I've heard horror stories of roofs taking months to be replaced after the claim was filed but Casey was on top of everything. I hardly had to worry about a thing with him being involved in every step of the way. We are absolutely thrilled with the look/color/style of the new roof and are so happy we chose FMF! He was absolutely fantastic every step of the way helping us with the details to make decisions for my Mom's new roof. He answered all of our questions and even offered to do a three-way call because some of us live in California. His communication skills and punctuality were top-notch. We had several companies give us quotes on replacing our roof…most of them within a close price range of one another. FNF stood out from all of the other companies due to Casey being so informative on every level….answering all questions without hesitation (we had many) and giving us all the options. The team was on time and started working right away. Everyone worked in unison and we were kept informed throughout the entire process . This is an exceptional company that is dedicated to providing excellent service. Casey is coming out to paint the flashing and touch up the wood around it. What a great company, the complete package! Their customer service is the best, you really feel like you are being taken care of. They are up front with price and help you navigate through the entire process.
