Tidal Wave Roofing

I had a residential re-roof completed with Tidal Wave this month. I am a real estate investor and hire lots of contractors, and can say I would definitely use Tidal again. Their office manager, Lynnanne, was a pleasure to deal with. She kept us updated throughout the job, and they maintained their estimated schedule. The work crew cleaned up after themselves and was very thorough in looking for nails in the yard. Following job completion, they quickly gave us close out paperwork we needed, which is usually like pulling teeth with other contractors. Their price was competitive with other quotes we received. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company, look no further.

Keith came by to assess a leak that had shown up in the last rainstorm. He identified a few places that were cracked and likely sources of water entry and sealed them. Excellent, timely service.

Keith and his team were absolutely wonderful. The roof on our 2018 home was losing granules at an alarming rate and we suspected a defect with the shingles themselves. TAMKO offers a warranty, but the process required numerous steps. Tidal Wave Roofing was extremely supportive, answering all of our questions, obtaining samples and photos, and helping us to complete our warranty forms. After we were approved, they reviewed TAMKO's offer to ensure it was fair and ultimately replaced our roof with better shingles. They extremely patient with us, allowing us to wait out the remainder of the hurricane season before beginning the teardown/installation.
