Jon Myers repaired a damaged area of EIFS foam coated with Stucco. I called all over the area and could not find anyone to come out and do the repair work for me. Jon provided great communication and his crew did a fantastic, clean, and efficient job in making the repair. I will highly recommend this company to anyone
We had a great experience having a new roof put on our father’s home. We did it all remotely from up north and they were so accommodating! Great customer service! Julie was very helpful with all of our requests and I highly recommend them! They kept us updated on the progress and everything went smoothly! Great job , great price! My husband is in the construction business and he was very impressed with the quality of work done! Very professional 👍
Lack of communication sums it all up. This is a small company that seemed to struggle with a simple leak. The original quote we received in person was mysteriously increased when we got the paperwork. They started working on the roof before we signed any contract or gave consent for them to be on the roof. They honored the original quote and we signed the contract but only after they already started working on the leak. The attached photos are how they finished the project. Contacted them originally in September 2020 and it now appears the leak is fixed in December 2020. However, instead of taking a couple of extra minutes to cut/replace the broken tiles with the extra ones we had (as requested), they decided to use RT-600 on the broken pieces. Hire this company if you enjoy excuses, poor communication, and the inability to follow instructions.
I was referred to John Myers through a friend. Had my master bedroom flat roof redone by them and they did an amazing job. They communicate very well, do clean top notch work and clean up well. Thanks for the great job, I definitely recommend them for your needs
This company was recommended to me by my son. Jon and his teams did a wonderful replacing my roof in Belleair. They showed up for every appointment on time.
