The company holds both a Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC039844) and a General Contractor license (CBC059067), and serves residential and commercial clients throughout Central Florida. Services span roofing installation and replacement, insurance restoration for fire, water, hurricane, and mold damage, new home construction, commercial construction, and full design-build remodeling. Waller Construction operates a 5,000-square-foot Design Studio Showroom in Lakeland's historic Dixieland district and has completed more than 25,000 custom projects over more than 60 years in business.

Brian and the team at Waller were great to work with. We needed help getting some commercial design drawings as well as electrical and plumbing work completed and permitted. They helped expedite the permitting process and didn’t break the bank.

Just completed my third renovation project with Waller. Each one has turned out better than I would have imagined. I really appreciated their design consulting (I have no vision for this sort of thing) and their transparency with their pricing. They are great at scaling a project for your budget, and their service providers are always a pleasure to work with.
Waller Construction has done several large (and smaller) projects for us over the years. Most recently windows, drainage, soffits, house painting, pool painting… a garage renovation from flooring all the way up to new ceiling! They take care of everything! If there’s a question or problem, your GC is on it. Very personable and responsive. There’s a reason we’ve been going back to them over and over. You can trust their work and commitment to completion to your specifications.
Waller Construction was amazing after my roof was damaged by a hurricane. They handled all the repairs professionally and helped me deal with the insurance process from start to finish. Great communication, quality work, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
