Jim G. and his crew installed a new standing seam metal roof on our home. Everything went smooth from the initial proposal through the final closeout. Jim communicated with us regularly throughout the job to keep us informed of what work would be happening each week. The crews did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day which we greatly appreciated. The final product looks great. I highly recommend Royalty Roofing.

Royalty came out the next day after I called to inspect a leak. They identified the leak, and sent a crew out to fix it quickly. Jim and his team did a terrific job re-roofing last week. The Pelican Sound HOA now allows the flat style of tiles that do better for storms and with the newest tiles, it looks like a brand new house!!! The guys were on time, cleaned up every day and even worked on Saturdays to get the job done fast. I had a leak after a roof replacement that included ceiling damage. They were quick to come out and fix the leak and found a great drywall repair contractor for the ceiling. Jimmy was always in contact with me. Great job.
