Campany Roofing

I would strongly caution anyone considering using Campany Roofing for a roofing project. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare and has completely disrupted our lives. The company used the wrong roofing material during the project, which resulted in toxic chemical fumes spreading throughout the building. The situation became so severe that it was deemed unsafe to live in any of the 5th floor units. Residents, including myself, were forced to move out of our homes on September 18, 2025. After we were displaced for seven months, the roofing company claimed they removed the material that was causing the toxic fumes. After completely moving out of our apartment, the ceilings were removed and replaced with new drywall. When we were finally told it was safe to move back into our apartments, unfortunately, shortly after returning, the same toxic chemical smell came back again. Now air scrubbers have been reinstalled, and residents are once again dealing with ongoing concerns about air quality and safety. This company has ruined my home and caused months of stress, uncertainty, and displacement. Even now, the apartments on the 5th floor still have a persistent chemical odor. We have been told the toxic fumes have absorbed into porous surfaces throughout the units, raising serious concerns about whether this issue can truly be resolved. Take a look at my AC filter that was brand new 4 weeks ago! This entire situation has been devastating for residents who trusted this company to perform work safely and professionally. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ray Watts is instrumental in diagnosing and suggesting proper repairs and other needs concerning our roof and helping us to maintain it to manufacturing specs. In 2023/2024 we required three (3) new roofs and proceeded to hunt. The Board of Directors obtained many proposals, one of which was Campany Roofing. Their proposal was selected over all and was the best thing that could have happened. Their work was exemplary and they lived up to all that was presented. We have recommended them to other communities and they were as pleased as we. At present they do maintenance and their staff is professional, knowledgeable and supportive.
