This was truly the best roof company experience I have ever had in my life. They did the checking part in a very thorough manner and they were very good with their communication. Besides, it was an effortless and stress-free time during the entire visit.

This is one company I recommend staying away from..They replaced my roof, after completion, I started to have leaks (14+). When the first leak appeared, I called the owner "Salvador Martinez" so many times, voice mail was always full. He at first wouldn't answer my calls via cell phone until i finally was able to leave a message, threatening to file complaint with the county and Tallahassee business office. Two weeks later he finally arrived...By then I had approx 6 leaks in every room, ceiling damage. Over a short period of time, the leaks increased to 14..I had to repair/repaint every ceiling in my home. Never once did he offer to help pay for the labor and paint,which was quite expensive..His workers did such a poor job, not knowing how to properly nail...He at the same time installing my roof contracted/ started tearing off my neighbors roof to replace. It started to rain, he never once made an attempt to tarp the exposed roof, causing extenstive damage. Neighbor fired him hiring another (reputable) roofer to complete the job. The last repair, not one worker spoke English, not able to communicate with them..Update, I'm now experieancing the 16th leak..Still under warranty, No responce to my letters from the Owner "Salvador Martinez"
