Indemnity Roofing

Had my roof replaced by Indemnity roofing and would highly recommend. Pat the project manager handled everything professionally and effectively from start to finish. The crew tearing the existing shingles off and installing new were very productive, highly skilled and cleaned up every evening leaving no mess. Was very pleased. So if your looking for a roofing contractor that won't give you the runaround then I suggest Indemnity Roofing and get Pat as your go to guy, you won't be disappointed.

Jason is a wonderful sales rep, very thorough in explaining everything to you with constant communication throughout the process. The roofing crew that came were very polite, did top quality work, and very detailed in cleanup. Even the gutter guys worked efficiently and made sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and high-quality of product.

My home had damage from hurricane Ian and required a full roof replacement. While insurance settlement was a battle and it took over 8 months to turn the claim into funds, it only took a a handful of DAYS to go from start to finish of the roof once I got connected with Patrick from Indemnity Roofing. The first few rounds of communication was quote, answer my questions and made that cycle a couple of times until I was ready to sign. I happened to choose a custom order shingle and this took an extra couple days as Patrick went out of his way to round up that item through local inventory. This saved time doing a custom order. Before I knew it, the big day came. Patrick said the crew would be on site at 7am. They arrived at 6:50 and got right to it (no waiting and wondering). The roof was complete (with dry-in and final inspections as well) in less than 3 days time. Next step wind mitigation inspection which passed with flying colors. I am super pleased. The roof looks great and I am so thankful for a comfortable, confident process! Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend for roof and gutters. Our new roof looks great and we are super thrilled with the seamless gutters. Some delays, communication issues and issues with siding install, but all were resolved. Clean-up could have been more thorough - we are still finding nails in the yard weeks later. Overall happy and would recommend for roofing/gutters.
