From start to finish Gregg was there answering any texts I sent after giving me the estimate. On the day of when the crew came in they were very respectful of making sure where they parked things was ok. Jeffery who was in charge of the trailer made sure that where he placed it was a safe location (no sewer) to place it. On the starting day they had to stop early due to rain but when they came back were done in no time flat. Shorty and his guys were very respectful of making sure things were done and done right. I would definitely go through them again if I was at the beginning of finding a roofing company again.

Guys did a great job spending only one day at our home to complete the entire job. Took great care in the driveway and landscape. They took great care in not leaving any mess. Pricing was under all other bids we received. We were very happy with McHale Roofing and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. You will not be disappointed. 😊

McHale came when promised, finished in less than one day, provided 5 star work and product quality all at the price quoted. Any issues were quickly resolved. Nathan was a pleasure to work with.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I am breaking my review into two parts. First is the Sales Department and my interaction with Gregg. Gregg is one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. I saw him at my neighbors house and called his office for a appointment for a new roof estimate. He came over that day and gave me an estimate I could live with. He was very personable but did not put pressure on me for a decision. We kept in touch while I got my finances together and he even stopped by to go over some details I needed help on. He was always available and extremely supportive throughout. I have recommended his company to family I have in the area due to my interactions with Gregg. Second is the installation portion. Jeffrey and his team made the process easy. They showed on time the first day and worked until the house was wrapped and waterproof. I had some rot that needed repaired and the team worked until it was repaired. By early afternoon on the second day I had a beautiful new roof. They cleaned up the yard completely before they left. I don’t normally leave long reviews but I felt it was necessary to support a 5++ star review.
