Insurance required new roof due to age of existing roof. Budget Roofing was quick to respond to the request for an estimate and gave a detailed estimate. They were quick to get us on their schedule and did the complete job in 2 days. They were on time, did a great job and protected our yard and flower beds with tarps. Our estimate included the price for wood replacement if needed so there were no surprises. We chose Budget roofing due to their length of time in business in Polk County, the reviews and detailed estimate. Our new roof looks great and we choose shingles with a great warranty. We would recommend them for any roofing needs.

I have to give these guys credit. They came out to assess the situation and were prompt with the repair after a poor install by a local builder following a storm call. Come to find out, the original installer put the mortar against aluminum, and it rusted out, causing a leak. I noticed more leaks, and they came back and fixed those as well. It turns out, my ridge vents had been damaged during installation or possibly during a storm, so I had my ridge vents replaced with low-profile ones. I’m telling you, you can't tell from the ground that there is a metal ridge vent, so this time, hopefully, with bad storm weather, the water won’t be blown into my attic, causing ceiling water damage. These guys come out when they say they’re going to, to get the job done. Super nice crew—I would recommend them for repairs and will definitely be giving them a call when it comes to replacing the entire roof.

We had our roof replaced 2.5 years ago. It was a smooth easy, affordable experience. From beginning to end our encounters were pleasant and the clean up afterwards was awesome. I had a small leak after all these torrential rains and the roofers were here next day to troubleshoot and repair Once again great interaction with the roofers. 10 years later. Budget Roofing did repairs previously on my roof 10 years ago and did such an amazing job that I had no issues. However, the age of our roof, our insurance company made us get a new roof. We had Budget Roofing do the whole job and let me tell you. It has been the absolute best experience. Down to exceptional customer service from start to finish, excellent quality of tearing off the roof to completely installing the new one. I am so pleased and impressed they took care of everything.
