He is timely, dependable, and does exactly what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it — which is hard to find these days. He did outstanding work removing the solar pool heating panels and plumbing from our roof, which had been causing condensation issues that would have eventually led to roof decay if left unaddressed. His work was professional, thorough, and gave us peace of mind. Harold also installed a patio cover for us that required additional engineering modifications to meet the height requirements we needed. He handled the entire project exceptionally well, and the finished product looks absolutely perfect. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. In addition, he installed skirting around our shed to beautifully match our home and improve the aesthetics of our backyard. He also rerouted our dryer vent away from our central heat and air unit, which had been causing strain on the system and making it difficult for our AC to keep up with the Florida summer heat.
