Roof Master of South Florida replaced my 19 year old roof when my homeowners insurance was cancelling coverage because of the roof’s age. At the advice of family and friends, I got 3 estimates. Drew gave me the best attentive customer service before and then during and after the install. He also gave the best price! The install was done professionally and quickly. The crew cleaned up well afterwards. This is the way business used to be done ‘back in the day’, with integrity.

Mr Drew was Amazing. His staff came early, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they worked! No mess!! They were half done in one day, and the rest of the roof was put on and finished the second day!! I can't say enough about this company! Superior job done, and outstanding customer service!! I was listened to, the process was explained thoroughly, and all my questions were answered. I Highly recommend them to anyone seeking a great company who cares about its customers and puts them first!! Plus the materials are great quality and sure to last! They came just in time before hurricane season starts, and even removed rotted wood underneath! I had two layers of old roof on my 53 year old condo which got replaced. I absolutely recommend Roofmasters for your roof installation or repair. It was truly a painless experience !! From my first contact with Drew Newell to the final inspection he made sure his product met my expectations but even more importantly HIS expectations!! He was involved with every aspect of the process and attended to every detail!! He explained the process, answered my questions and shared his knowledge in a polite, no pressure manner. I cannot say enough about his work crew. They were always on time, worked diligently and were actually happy while working. Drew has a manager onsite to oversee the process and views the job from every possible angle. It is very evident that Drew respects his workers and they in turn respect him. The time frame from signing the contract to completion of roof was unbelievable!! Within two weeks everything was done. I have to be honest, I was dreading having a new roof put on but Drew and Roofmasters made it affordable, attractive and an extremely positive experience!!! Replaced existing non hurricane impact skylight with new impact rated window. Drew and his team were responsive, thorough, and took care and pride in their work. Follow through was excellent.
