Outstanding Job ! They got to our house at 6:30 am and were done , cleaned up by 4:30pm .From the sales person, Office Staff, workers …. Start to finish.. They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof … they are the ones to go with, Great price , high quality of product & service! Everything was left clean , after they finished.

This company was amazing!!! So professional, communication was so timely and the workmanship just stellar!!! My husband did roofing 40 yrs ago and he was so so impressed by their work and details!! We recommend them highly!!! We talked to 2 other companies before them and their pricing was so very good and the entire job was just perfect!! Before we chose the roofer we were going to use, we shopped 9 different roofing companies. Big D was THE best price, they had the highest quality work product (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine with Scotchgard). AND the best warranty!! Exceptional!! Everything done 100% as promised. The work crew were all so polite and happy. Done in one day. Great work in every aspect, on time, clean-up, installation, WE just got our Wind Mitigation Report which was included in the price -- the inspector said the work was all done to the highest quality. I would recommend Big D Roofing with a DEFINITE 10 out of 10. From their office staff, to sales, to the workers and all materials - and all work done. Swift, accommodating, and top tier professionals! When we found out our near end of life roof had to be replaced, I got 12 quotes over 2 days. Exhausting. Big D came in literally thousands of dollars lower than the next lowest quote, and only one other quote beat theirs. I showed the lowest quote to them and they came down several hundred dollars more, so of course I locked in! They pledged to get my roof done 2 weeks before my original closing date and when my buyers asked for a closing date a week earlier, they actually got me on the schedule with only 4 days notice, unheard of levels of customer service from everyone at Big D. The day of the job, the crew showed up bright and early and jumped straight to work! I'm not a roofing expert, but I could see the sure, smooth motions of professionals that are experts in their field! Disaster struck when they get under the roof, turns out the decking was more sponge than wood and I ended up needing almost 50 plywood sheets replaced 🥲 the supervisor was kind enough to knock like 20% off my price per sheet to help mitigate some of the extra pain to my wallet. They were done that afternoon and did a great job catching debris. I did a couple passes with a magnet and only got a bit of leftover pieces. The roof itself looks amazing and my buyers are going to get a fantastic roof with the peace of mind that comes with basically new decking too! 5 stars isn't enough to express my utmost satisfaction and delight with Big D. As far as I am concerned. If Big D is an option for a job, there basically aren't any other roofers to even consider. Go with Big D and prepare to be as blown away by a company that brings the values, excellence, and collaboration of businesses from a bygone era coupled with the modernity of cutting edge roofing tech!

I don't do too many reviews, but this is an excellent company to deal with. Randy the sales rep was very knowledgeable, and they seem to use great products. Price was competitive and home office staff was always available to answer questions. Work was done efficiently, and our roof looks great.
