We are very happy that we selected R.K. Reiman to build our home on Marco Island, FL. We wanted a high quality builder that we knew we could trust with a project like this. The Reiman family and team steered us through the entire process and we felt like they kept our needs at the front, while providing ideas, recommendations and coaching based on their deep expertise in building and interior design for south Florida. By the time we took possession of the new home, we feel we had developed good friends as well which we didn't expect! We had great interactions throughout the build with Bill, Elizabeth and Jenna Reiman, designer Kellie Felt, manager Kathy Ward, and carpenters Mason Blosser and Matt Leonard. Thank you R.K. Reiman!

My wife and I bought our Marco Island lot in 2007 and dreamed about our future home since that moment. In January, 2024, our dream came true with the completion of our Reiman home. After evaluating five high-end, well-respected Marco builders through a diligent process, we selected Reiman due to their reputation for exceptional quality and service. We enjoyed a great 2+ year experience every step of the way, especially since this was our first time building a home from scratch. Bill and his wife Liz were easy to deal with and guided us through selections and modifcations to our original design. Their contemporay perspective opened us to new ideas - which we now love. When signing our contract, I discussed with Bill that we expected "no surprises" in big changes, cost over-runs or time delays. I'm pleased to report that there were no surprises during our build and the team's communication was excellent througout the process, especially my ongoing montly calls with Jenna checking in on the details. We lived in Colorado and made several trips to Marco for selections and checkpoints on the building process and enjoyed meeting Bobby, Matt and Mason during those trips. All three teammates demonstrated excellent customer service while providing us with good ideas and suggestions to improve our original design. They even provided me extra muscle carrying a large firepit table months after we closed on the house! Their energetic and positive attitude were welcomed throughout the process. Once we closed on the house, we were thrilled to meet Kathy Ward - Reiman's warranty czar - who has provided exceptional, first-class service overseeing all the little things that needed attention since the home's completion. Kathy is a true professional and goes the extra mile for us - regardless if we're in the "right" on our requested fix or not. She exemplifies the positive and customer-focused attitude we've seen from every Reiman employee and with all of our interactions. I'm happy to provide more details to any prospective buyer about our good experience, if interested. I'm sure you too will be impressed with the entire Reiman team and the overall experience.

I just finished my home build in Marco. Selected the team at R.K. Reiman. Literally, and I truly mean literally could not be happier. With Bill and Bobby running a superb home building crew, Jenna and her team being incredibly attentive to detail on the cash flow and finance side, Kathy being an arduous advocate and pit bull as needed, Matt doing nearly everything, we are so so happy to have chosen R.K. Reiman. Being from the Midwest it was hard being present and we felt so very comfortable working with the team and have the utmost in trust and confidence in them. I would highly recommend them!!
