I was thoroughly satisfied with HIS Home Inspection Services! Nicholas did an excellent job breaking down the discrepancies he found within and outside of the home I’m looking to buy. He was very engaging and took great care to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. I also want to point out that I called him in the early evening regarding doing the inspection and after discussing what inspections were required and pricing, he was expeditious in getting me booked as well as providing all the information I needed!
Nick showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection. After the inspection he explained what he had done and later sent me his report with a display of aerial shots of our home. I recommend highly Nick and his service.

Knowing the structure, insulation, electrical, plumbing, and esthetics of the home we bought was properly documented is a plus for us.
